Shipping Policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping J.Bello Studio Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days unless the item is a pre-order with a specified shipping date within the product description. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges will be estimated and displayed at checkout. A final shipping cost will be determined upon receipt of your order and shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply based on the shipping address and will be invoiced in separately (you may cancel your order and receive a full refund if you prefer not to pay the additional shipping charges). If the final shipping cost exceeds what was paid, a refund for the difference will be issued.

 

Undelivered orders

Orders are sent to the shipping address provided on the order. J.Bello Studio is not responsible for shipments that are returned or not delivered due to an incorrect shipping address, or orders that tracking indicates delivery but are not found due to theft, delivery to incorrect address, etc. For questions about the delivery of your order, please contact the carrier (use tracking number emailed to you upon shipment). Re-shipment will be billed accordingly based on the new shipping address (if applicable) and/or signature required upon delivery if necessary.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

J.Bello Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

While we use best practices and materials to package your item for safety in transit, J.Bello Studio is not liable for any items damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Prior to opening your shipment, it is helpful to take photos of the package if the damage is visible on the outside, as well as taking photos of damaged item itself.
